Talking about health what works for me losing weight diabetes and such.
I have lost about 20 lbs done it on behavioral medication which is hard to do. There are studies going on about such at UNC and I am sure other medical institutions. Some of these are really difficult weight gain leading to diabetes is one of the main concerns of some of these meds.
Here is how I started.
I am taking authority over food in Jesus Name I shall not be a slave to it but will make it a slave to me. Maybe a Daniel fast till Easter just vegetables, fruits and such. You can look it up online. I am at 250 I plan to be a healthy weight. Would like to get in a 36 pants no buts. I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Not a few not some not most but ALL that’s what the Word says. Why should a child of the CREATOR God be subject to the world and what they feed me. I don’t watch their TV so I don’t have to eat their food. In this let me say the rule’s have exceptions such as birthday parties special occasions like weddings and eating with family and at church. But discipline comes from God and the Lord will help me I ask Him to give me His strength in my weaknesses. What I purpose to do is on my regular diet to eat healthy. This will be difficult on a tight budget. I can do it. With God’s help of course. I say no to diabetes, no to high blood pressure Lord help me to walk in divine health the rest of my number of days. In Christ amen.
Combined this with a 3 day fast that took about 5 days, folks its hard on medication to do a fast with there is hunger gnawing at you.
I have gone from about 253 to 232 mainly by eating carrots whole carrots broccoli cantaloupe and flax seed added for omega 3's using protein powder and green tea started out by eating broccoli and carrots with italian dressing that is with occassional burger fish and meat occassionally.
Also ate cucumber spinach sandwich on spinach wrap with olive oil mayo and hummus. love hummus, magic bullet works great for hallelujah hummus. All this is pretty reasonable on a tight budget.
